Lyca Mobile National Plan (‘the offer’) allowances are for calls or SMS from Macedonia to standard Macedonian landline and to standard Macedonian mobile numbers, Unlimited Lyca Mobile to Lyca Mobile Macedonia calls and for mobile internet usage in the mainland Macedonia. Other usage will be charged at standard rates. Allowances are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute for the purpose of calculating remaining allowances.A customer may purchase up to four offers of the monthly plans and one per week of the weekly plans on their account and may not buy another during the 30 days validity period. Any remaining allowance after 30 days will not be carried over into the next 30 day period should the customer renew their bundle. Lyca Mobile reserves the right to replace or amend the offer or these Terms & Conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time on reasonable notice. Prices effective from 19/08/2016. For the privileged services within the bundles related to the unlimited use of the traffic, the fair usage policy is applicable as follows:

1. National unlimited minutes subject to a fair usage of outgoing calls to all national public communications networks with total duration of 5,000 minutes within a one month period.

2. National unlimited SMS subject to a fair usage of outgoing SMS messages to all national public communications networks with total volume of 5,000 SMS within a one month period.

3. Calls to short numbers and premium services are not included in the bundle. Check the rates for calls to these numbers lycamobile.mk

Offer and rates are valid until [please insert date] for the purchase of 100MB, 300MB, 1GB, 2GB & 3GB data bundles, allowing customers to access the Internet on a mobile phone, with no set up fee. The bundles will be valid for 30 days respectively, including the date of activation. Unused data allowance will not be carried forward after the expiry of these periods. When the data allowance is exhausted or has expired, standard rates will apply. The data bundles can be activated from the available balance in your Lyca Mobile account, and therefore, subject to auto renew. Bundle effective from 19/08/2016.

Lyca Mobile Boarder/ Boarder Plus (‘the offer’) allowances are for calls from Macedonia to standard international landline and mobile numbers for selected countries and for mobile internet usage in the mainland Macedonia with no set up fee. Other usage will be charged at standard rates. Allowances are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute for the purpose of calculating remaining allowances. A customer may have only one offer on their account and may not buy another during the 30 day validity period. Any remaining allowance after 30 days will not be carried over into the next 30 day period should the customer renew their bundle. Lyca Mobile reserves the right to replace or amend the offer or these Terms & Conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time on reasonable notice. Bundle effective from 19/08/2016

Note that promotional credit (credit which Lyca Mobile has given to customers for free) cannot be used towards purchasing a bundle or call for premium numbers. Free credit will expire with bundle expiry. This offer is valid until revoked. Lyca Mobile flats/bundles are valid for 30 days from the date of Purchase. The customer may purchase the flats/bundles from their existing account balance. The flat/bundle will be automatically renewed after 30 days if enough account balance is available in a customer’s Lyca Mobile account. All bundles are subject to auto renewal upon expiry of each bundle, therefore customers should ensure they have sufficient credit on their SIM or cancel the auto renewal by dialing *190#. Lyca Mobile reserves the right to replace or amend the offer or these Terms & Conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time on reasonable notice. The offer “Unlimited calls from Lyca Mobile to Lyca Mobile” is subject to a fair usage policy of 5000 minutes/calendar month per client, to be used within the Lyca Mobile Macedonia network.

T & Cs (1) Lyca Mobile Macedonia EU Plan allowances are for calls and texts from Macedonia to the standard Macedonia landline and to other mobile numbers, to a selected standard EU landlines and mobiles (unless it’s specified as mobile), and for mobile internet usage in Macedonia and selected countries. Other usage will be charged at standard rates. Unlimited Calls and SMS to EU countries are subject to a fair usage of 5000 minutes and SMS. While in roaming, Unlimited Calls and SMS to EU countries are subject to a fair usage of 1000 minutes and SMS and 3 GB data usage in the following countries only Austria, Belgium, France, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK. Allowances are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute for the purpose of calculating remaining allowances. A customer may have only one offer on their account and may not buy another during the 30 day validity period. Any remaining allowance after 30 days will not be carried over into the next 30 day period should the customer renew their bundle. Lyca Mobile reserves the right to replace or amend the offer or these Terms & Conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time on reasonable notice. The offer is for non-commercial, private, personal use only – Lyca Mobile reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the offer or to disconnect you if we suspect that offer is being used for commercial purposes, for conferencing, or if it is not being used in a handset (in a SIM box for example), or if it is being used for tethering. The offer is valid from 19/08/2016.

*The offer “Unlimited calls from Lyca Mobile to Lyca Mobile” is subject to a fair usage policy of 5000 minutes/calendar month per client, to be used within the Lyca Mobile Macedonia network.

Where the customer has two active bundles with either inclusive national and/or international minutes, the national minutes will be deducted first from the bundle with the earliest expiry date.
